Q: Do you have products other than those listed on the price sheet?
A: YES! We are a full service printing company. We also print newsletters, brochures, fliers, business cards, carbonless forms.

Q: What type of stock do you carry?
A: Any stock you need we have or can special order

Q: Why is the minimum order 2500 on the price sheet?
A: We will be happy to provide you with a free quote for orders under 2500. Orders of 2500 and above are not charged a set up fee.

Q: What programs can I use to send my artwork?
A: Microsoft word, Microsoft publisher, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Corel.

Q: How do I get my artwork to you?
A: Artwork can be downloaded right from our web site, or emailed to SunriseDesign@aol.com, or you can mail us your artwork and/or disc.

Q: What does camera ready art work mean?
A: Camera ready means your order completely ready the way you want it. Typeset. Logos, pictures are all in place so it’s ready to go to production, i.e. we make a negative, plate and print.

Q: Do you accept orders that are not camera ready?
A: Yes. We forward those to Julia, our graphic artist. She bills you separately and will work along with you. Once you have approved the proof, it comes to us for production.

Q: How will you send my order?
A: If you are local we will deliver your order to you for no charge. All others will be shipped UPS.
